If you consider that upon delivery the product does not comply with the provisions of the Contract, you must contact us immediately through our contact form, providing information about the product and the damage it has suffered, or you can call +34 91 522 0109, and we will tell you how to proceed.
You may return the product by handing it to a courier we will send you.
We will then carefully examine the returned product and notify you by e-mail within a reasonable time whether any refund or replacement of the product is applicable. The refund or replacement of the item shall be made as soon as possible and in any event within 15 days as of the date when we send you an e-mail confirming acceptance of the refund or replacement of the item in dispute.
The amounts paid for products that are returned because of a flaw or defect, when this really exists, will be reimbursed in full.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
How long is there to return an item?
The deadline for any return is 15 days as of the date you receive the order.
Do I have to pay anything for the return?
Anjaragarcia.com returns are always free, as long as the reason for the return is a defective item. When there is a change of carriage, the shipping costs shall be paid by the customer.
When will I receive my refund?
After approving the return (items must be in perfect condition and have the inner labels), you will receive a confirmation e-mail telling you that the amount will be credited to your account within days.
Remember that payment by credit card always depends on your bank.

Anjara.com reserves the right to refuse returns communicated to us or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
